Maintenance Technician 

A Maintenance Technician is classified under our maintenance crew and held responsible for the upkeep of the grounds for commercial and residential properties. Maldonado Brothers is looking for a team member that is willing to perform the following duties:

• Maintenance: Keeping grounds at a satisfactory level including mowing, blowing, raking, edging, and weed control

• Adjusting: Adjusting controllers, automatic and manual valves, and sprinkler heads

• Communication: Reporting any needed equipment, damages, or needed services to the crew leader

• Programming: Understanding and programming automated controllers and sensors

• Ability to work 8 hour days 5 days a week 

• Ability to speak English & Spanish
